MHT-CET 2021 [ EXAM DATE / SCHEDULE, APPLICATION FORM, EXAM PATTERN ]

 MHT-CET is MAHARSHTRA STATE COMMON ENTRANCE TEST, conducted by State Common Entrance Cell, Mumbai. The test is computer based and conducted in online mode for admission to professional courses like PHARMACY, ENGINEERING AND AGRICULTURE EDUCATION. The test is conducted at various centers within and outside Maharashtra.

The candidate seeking admission to First year Engineering and Technology degree course must appear for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

The candidate seeking admission to First year Pharmacy/ Pharm. D degree course must appear for Physics, Chemistry as well as Mathematics and/ or Biology.

MARKING SCHEME FOR MHTCET:

Syllabus for the test is based on Maharashtra State Board standard XI and XII. Approximately 20% weightage will be given to std. XI and 80% weightage will be given std. XII. There is no negative marking but difficulty level will be similar to JEE or NEET. Mostly questions will be application based and THREE QUESTION PAPERS carrying 100 marks each will be provided to candidates.
